Job Description:

• We are looking for baristas to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of showcasing the best specialty coffees.

What we expect from our future Versatile Barista:

• The barista is a key player in the customer experience. He/she meticulously prepares drinks, professionally welcomes customers, and actively participates in the smooth running of the establishment, ensuring versatility in the following areas:
• Customer reception and service: Ensure a warm and friendly welcome, advise customers on our different varieties of specialty coffees, meet their expectations, and guarantee their satisfaction.
• Beverage preparation: Prepare and serve specialty coffee-based drinks (espresso, latte, cappuccino, etc.) according to our brand's high quality standards.
• Maintenance and tidiness: Maintain the cleanliness of the coffee shop, ensure that spaces are always tidy and comply with hygiene standards.
• Sales and cash handling: Manage cash transactions, participate in promoting the coffee shop's products and services, and advise on complementary products (pastries, accessories, etc.).

Desired Profile:

• Experience preferred: Previous experience in catering, coffee, or sales is a plus, but not mandatory. We train our teams!
• Passion for coffee and service: A curiosity for specialty coffee and a desire to learn different preparation techniques.
• Interpersonal skills: Good relational skills, a smile, a sense of customer service, and team spirit.
• Versatility: Ability to manage different tasks in a dynamic environment and independently while following procedures.
